Primary KRAs: 1.Business Development - Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales, ensuring revenue growth and meeting sales targets. 2. Account Management*: Manage and retain existing institutional client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and resolving any issues or concerns. 3. Virtual Relationship - Building Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, partners, and stakeholders through virtual channels (e.g., video conferencing, phone calls, emails). Secondary KRAs: 1. Market Intelligence - Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and 2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to optimize virtual relationship management strategies.
