Monitoring of Compliance: Direct Tax & Indirect Tax (GST & VAT), • Completion of Assessments, Refund, Reply to Notices, Liaising with various Government Authorities, Timely filing of all Returns • Advance tax, MAT & deferred tax working • Structuring of Deals, Tax Planning, Vetting of Foreign remittances, • Timely completion of Tax Audit, GST Audit, VAT audit • Setting up Knowledge of Tax Compliances (Like GST, TDS etc) • Interaction with various Departments like Income Tax, GST, VAT, TDS circle, Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, VAT Auditors • Insurance renewals and claim settlement • Functional interface between Finance & Other DepartmentsLocation
