Primary KRAs: 1. Product Strategy and Development: Define and execute the product strategy for single equity products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. 2. Revenue Growth and Management: Drive revenue growth, manage revenue targets, and optimize pricing strategies for single equity products. 3. Client Engagement and Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with key EQUIY BROKING FIRMS, identify new business opportunities. Secondary KRAs: 1. Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and provide insights to inform product development and business strategy. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Targeting treasury team of broking firm to invest in SAMC products designed for corporate treasuries (Overnight & Liquid) 3. New Product Addition: Identify opportunities to innovate and add products, if scope for same is being demanded by the segment. Remain competitive and meet evolving client needs.Location
