Act as subject matter expert in OTM/TMS (order management, shipment planning, freight payment, visibility). Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate requirements into system configurations. Lead UAT and go-live activities. Identify process improvement opportunities using TMS features. Collaborate with IT teams on integrations (ERP, WMS, supply chain systems). Provide training and support to users. Strong process knowledge in logistics/transportation. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving.Location
