Full Job Description

Microsoft Technical Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of technical integrations, reports, data migrations and extensions · Learn and understand clients’ business requirements and design, build, configure, test and support the Financial and Operation system · Expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till post go-live support · Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations · Perform testing, deployment and report on progress of the various tasks during phases of the project · Define delivery approaches and adhere to those to ensure quality and reuse · Participate in creating new innovative solutions that help in overall delivery of the projects • Architect D365FO solutions (customizations, integrations, data migration). • Design technical blueprints for Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules. • Advise on environment strategy (Development, Testing, Production). • Planning of Go-Live, Cut over and Hypercare. • Demonstrates ability to lead a track & complex deliverables independently • Demonstrates capability to identify and logically analyse complex problems, and work on best alternatives • Leads conversations / client sessions effectively with clear agenda and goals • Showcases impactful contribution towards high impact delivery innovation / efficiency • Creates strong eminence & recall value as SME for a skillset / type of work • Estimates accurately and identify dependent impacts
