Full Job Description

Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Data Power services, including Multi-Protocol Gateways (MPGW), Web Service Proxies (WSP), XML Firewalls (XFW), and Loopback Services. Implement complex message transformations using XSLT (or Gateway Script) for formats like XML to JSON, JSON to XML, and SOAP to REST/vice versa. Configure service routing, logging, and error handling mechanisms within Data Power domains. Security & Policy Enforcement: Apply and manage security policies, including AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Auditing) policies, TLS/SSL (Certificates), and cryptographic functions. Implement security standards like OAuth 2.0, SAML, and JWT (OpenID Connect). Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards. Collaboration & Mentoring: Collaborate with Architects, other development teams (Java, Microservices), and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs. Create detailed technical design documents, deployment guides, and knowledge-base articles. Mentor and guide junior developers on Data Power best practices and development standards. DevOps & CI/CD: Participate in improving the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for Data Power configuration using tools like Jenkins, Git/Subversion, and Data Power CLI/APIs.
